Returns Eligibility

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Equitide Peptide Vitality. Returns are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:
  • The request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
  • All seals, tags, and original labels are intact.
Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or partially consumed products.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    1. Email our support team at Info.equitide@gmail.com with:
      • Your order number
      • Product name
      • Reason for return

    2. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping charges unless the return is due to:
  • Damaged item
  • Incorrect item received
In such cases, Equitide Peptide Vitality will provide a pre-paid return label.

Please pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • You will receive an email notification when your refund is issued

Important: Shipping charges (if originally charged) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product:

  • Return the original product for a refund

  • Place a new order online for the desired item

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include a clear photo of the damage
We will replace the item at no extra cost.
